There's fans, and then there's Lego fans. Someone with a sense of humor and good building sense decided to mimic the Kenner Mini-Rig line. In addition to these fine examples, see the rest here. I found at least one other Lego fan who made a couple of these, but this guy's are by far the best.
Wow! It's so funny to see what people devote their time to (yes I realize the irony of that statement as I type this on our toy blog).
