A Tribute to Christmas Acquisitions of the Past

When I was a kid my parents made this "advent house," a reusable advent calendar to be filled with 24 small gifts every December. My sister and I would trade off opening a window every morning, then the chimney on the 23rd and the door on the 24th. At some point I de-mothballed it and Zack had several Decembers of little gifts. But now it's a tribute to Xmas presents from the past!
