Yeah, that's worse than "battle damage," because he's perpetually in the act of being damaged.
Since I tend to think of any given action figure in terms of how it would fit into my proposed "action figure night club," I imagine this Grevious going about his business perpetually screaming, like Homer when he sees that hypnotist and remembers seeing Smithers Senior's body.
