I was only able to find Dr. Light at Target, but they're out there dude! There are 2 different purple card backs each featuring 4 different figures. At least half of them are figures that were only previously available in 3-packs. The maddening policy of never picturing the entire series continues. At this point I have no sense of how many different JLU figures are out there or how many I need for my collection. It's puzzling that this new purple carded series just cam out given that the Vigilante set only came out on regular packaging a few weeks ago. I've been trying to get info on the net about the entire series and there's really nothing. In fact all of these pictures come from Ebay.
Gawsh! I'm haven't seen any of this stuff. I got Dr. Light in a 3 pack recently.Do you have Bizarro? He's in there with Doomsday, and if I'm not mistaken that's a clear Amazo next to him. If you don't have Bizarro, I'd think that would tip the favor for that multi-pack (still, jeez).
Solomon Grundy is way cooler than Doomsday.
I have Bizarro, he was a Target exclusive a while back. I agree, Grundy is better.
If you have Bizarro, that makes Doomsday a tough purchase. Dammit, why Batman, Superman and Wonder Woman AGAIN? Why why why?
I know, it's infuriating! It's not even a subtle attempt at marketing. Basically they're saying, "Yep, that's right, we're packaging a cool figure with other figures you already have multiple times over. Wanna fight about it?"
