I picked up Steel and Supergirl at Wal-Mart last night ($4.79 each). I just can't bring myself to purchase the Bizarro 3-pack because I resent that there's only one new figure included. The good news is that a lot of the new figures are available on single cards now.

Oh sure, NOW they make a Supergirl whose legs actually move. I like her boots.
I'm a bit disappointed in the Steel, though. Not the figure, per se, but the character design itself. I'll probably still get him.
