I'll have to pick up the greased up deaf guy. Who is the creepy guy 5 up from the bottom?

That's Dr. Who as played by Tom Baker. Dr. Who isn't a human but a "Time-Lord," who undergo a series of "regenerations" in their lifetimes. That is, the same character can be played by different actors and the series can go on and on. Tom Baker was probably the most popular incarnation. All the Dr. Who's I caught as a kid starred him. See what the actor looks like now by going here.

Of course my initial response is: yay! I love Toy Fair. I don't know if I needed a more realistic Mojo figure to exist, though. Yuck.

That Space 1999 Eagle is gorgeous! I feel like I saw something like that at the con in 2003.

Cool Modok figure, but the rocket flare under his very toilet-like setup invites ridicule. In fact, I'll indulge in some now: ha ha Modok! Nice rocket fart!

Ah. I've carefully avoided Dr. Who my entire life. Not sure why. Have they ever made a Longshot figure?

Watching Dr. Who and Blake 7 (another Britsh sci-fi TV show) is like watching Original Star Trek with waaaay worse production values. That is, you have to be in the mood to overlook the sets and props and special effects. Like Trek, the stories are often better than the overall vibe would make you think.

I'll have to look for a Longshot figure. I feel like the answer's no, buy Toybiz had such huge output for a couple of years there, it's hard to say.

It's not that hard to say! I got 33 matches on eBay when I looked it up. I'll post the pic.

By the way, Summerisle, are you drooling over the Pillow Case Jason figure?

Ha ha ha... F13-2 Jason scared more teenagers with one raised eyebrow than Jason X could with all of his technical bullsh!t!

That's your comeback? "Jason X sucked?" That's like saying the Longshot figure is better than Spider-Man in his soccer uniform.

That picture is priceless. It's as if he knows how foolish he looks but tries to make the most out of it and look as proud as possible.

I actually think I'm going to have to pick up that Spider-Man figure. That's probably the "coolest" pose they could create with what they had.

If you get the soccer one, you'll have to get them all, you know it!
